We recently conducted infrastructure upgrades that made some major improvements on usage throughput. However, due to an accidental deployment issue, the upgrade took around 1-3 hours. Although we had other upgrade options that would not have required forcefully turning off the service, we unfortunately made a mistake and did not perform the standard upgrade rollout.
